Author of papers on the philosophical and literary thought of French spiritual reformers in the French Renaissance, on the importance of mystical theology in the context of sixteenth-century French Christian humanism, Queen Marguerite de Navarre’s secular works, Michel de Montaigne’s ethical thought, and Erasmus’ rhetorical theology. Currently pursuing research on the idea of secrecy in the early modern French tradition, at the crossroads of literature, theology and theory.
