Biography
Hugo Bujon is a Ph.D. candidate in the French and Italian Department at Emory University. He specializes in 20th- and 21th-century Sub-Saharan and European francophone literature from decolonial, ecocritic and psychoanalytic angles. Focusing on the questions of survival, rhythm, childhood and drive, he is currently writing his dissertation entitled Sourd, la survie : rythme, enfance et pulsions dans la littérature française et sub-saharienne de la crise.
